Minimum Trade Supply Order Value
Standard Cash Accounts
BioPlex Peptides offers different Trade Supply account levels depending on the type of customer, order volume, and business verification status. For standard cash accounts, the minimum Trade Supply order value is: £750.00 excluding delivery costs Standard cash accounts are suitable for smaller trade customers, new businesses, sole traders, and customers who prefer to place orders on a paid in advance basis. All standard cash account orders must be paid in full by bank transfer before the order is processed and submitted.
Premium Trade Accounts
Premium Trade Supply accounts are available for larger and more established businesses. The minimum order value for premium accounts is: £3,000 excluding delivery costs. Premium accounts may be offered credit terms on approval. Credit is only considered for established businesses that have passed our verification checks and have a suitable trading history. Approval is not automatic and is assessed individually. Credit availability may depend on: Business registration status, Trading history, Order volume, Payment history, Verification checks, Account suitability
BioPlex Peptides reserves the right to approve, decline, amend, or withdraw credit terms at any time. Until credit terms have been formally approved in writing, all Trade Supply orders remain payment in advance by bank transfer.
Trade Supply Price Reviews
Our Trade Supply prices are reviewed on a 12 week cycle to ensure that our pricing remains accurate, fair, and aligned with current wholesale market conditions. Pricing is influenced by several factors, including manufacturer costs, supplier availability, raw material pricing, international shipping charges, currency movement, cold chain delivery costs, and broker updates from China.
Where possible, BioPlex Peptides aims to keep Trade Supply pricing stable for approved customers. However, due to the nature of international supply, wholesale prices can change depending on manufacturer availability, production costs, and market demand. If any changes are made to our Trade Supply price list, an updated version will be emailed in bulk to approved Trade Supply customers. This ensures all customers are working from the most current pricing information before placing an order.
Prices may increase or decrease during each 12 week review period depending on current wholesale rates, manufacturer price lists, international supply conditions, and delivery costs.
Order Confirmation and Invoicing
Once your Trade Supply order has been agreed, we will prepare and issue a pro forma invoice for review. The pro forma invoice will confirm the key order details, including product selection, quantities, pricing, delivery costs, payment terms, and the delivery address provided.
Please check all details carefully before making payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order information is correct before the invoice is paid. Once payment has been received and cleared, we will process and submit your order. A final tax receipt will then be issued within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Orders cannot be submitted to our supplier until payment has been received, unless approved credit terms have been formally agreed in writing for a Premium Trade Supply account.
Payment Terms
All Trade Supply payments are made by bank transfer unless alternative payment terms have been formally agreed in writing.
Once your order has been confirmed and the pro forma invoice has been issued, we will provide our bank details for payment. Please ensure that the payment reference matches the details provided on your invoice so that your payment can be identified quickly and allocated to the correct order.
Trade Supply orders are no longer processed directly through our website checkout. This is due to the increased transaction and platform fees charged by our website provider, which are not suitable for larger wholesale or Trade Supply orders. Bank transfer allows us to keep Trade Supply pricing as competitive as possible and helps avoid unnecessary additional charges being passed on to customers.
If a customer specifically requires payment to be made through the website, this must be agreed before the invoice is finalised. In these cases, the final order total will be increased by 4.7% to cover the additional website platform and processing costs.
Trade Supply Order Timelines
Our full Trade Supply delivery process is approximately 14 days from order as a worst case estimate.
Most Trade Supply orders are completed and delivered within approximately 10 days. However, delivery times can vary depending on when the order is placed, how quickly payment clears, supplier processing times, international transit, customs handling, and final DHL delivery arrangements. Because Trade Supply orders are processed through a weekly supply schedule, we advise all customers to plan ahead and allow enough time for the full order process to be completed.
Several factors can affect the final delivery timescale, including:
- The day and time your order is confirmed
- Pro-forma invoice approval and payment completion
- Bank transfer clearance times
- Supplier processing and dispatch times
- International delivery from China to BioPlex Peptides
- Customs checks or clearance delays
- Order checking, packing, and preparation once received by us

We always aim to complete Trade Supply orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. The 14 day timescale is provided as a cautious estimate to allow for any delays outside our direct control.
To avoid running low on stock, we recommend placing Trade Supply orders in advance rather than waiting until stock levels are very low. This allows enough time for payment clearance, supplier dispatch, international delivery, checking, repacking, and final delivery to your address.
To help keep the process efficient, Trade Supply customers should place orders before 12pm on a Friday. We process and submit Trade Supply orders weekly every Monday morning.
Weekly Order Process
To keep Trade Supply orders organised and reliable, we follow a structured weekly ordering process.
Once your pro forma invoice has been paid, please allow up to 24 hours for us to process and prepare the order submission.
After this stage, the supplier payment is sent. Bank transfer clearance to China can take up to 48 hours depending on banking times, transaction checks, and international payment processing.
Once the payment has cleared, our supplier usually requires approximately 72 hours to prepare, process, and dispatch the items.
Delivery from China to BioPlex Peptides usually takes around 5 to 7 working days, depending on international transit, customs handling, and courier schedules.
When the order arrives with us, please allow up to 24 hours for checking, preparation, and repacking. This stage allows us to review the order before it is prepared for final dispatch.
Final delivery from BioPlex Peptides to the customer is sent by DHL Express. Once dispatched, this is normally a next day delivery service within the UK.
Delivery Costs
Trade Supply delivery costs are calculated individually for each order and may vary depending on the size, weight, destination, courier requirements, and total shipment value.
Delivery from our supplier to BioPlex Peptides usually costs between approximately £50 and £200, depending on the size and weight of the order. This cost is higher because we use cold chain delivery for this stage of the process.
Due to the nature of the products and previous concerns around product quality when cold chain delivery was not used, we no longer offer non temperature controlled delivery. Using cold chain delivery during the international supply stage helps us maintain better control before the order reaches BioPlex Peptides.
Once your order arrives with us, it will be checked, prepared, and repacked before final delivery to you.
Final delivery from BioPlex Peptides to the customer is sent by DHL Express. Please note that we do not offer cold chain delivery from UK to UK. This is why we use DHL Express for the speed and efficiency of the final delivery stage.
As a guide, standard DHL delivery from us to you for up to approximately 10 boxes of peptides usually £14.99. (note: Adding large amounts of Bacteriostatic water to order increases the cost due to added weight)
This cost may vary depending on the delivery day, collection time, parcel weight, shipment size, destination, and any additional courier requirements. Final delivery costs will be calculated individually for each Trade Supply order before payment is made.
Customers also have the option to insure their order with DHL. As an example, an order value of £1,500 may cost approximately £45.00 including delivery.
Insurance is optional. However, if insurance is not selected, the receiver accepts responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels once DHL has taken possession of the shipment.
BioPlex Peptides ships worldwide on a daily basis and uses DHL Express because of its speed, reliability, and international delivery network. Insurance is simply offered as an additional layer of protection for customers who would like extra reassurance.
Reordering and Stock Planning
To help maintain consistent stock availability, we strongly recommend placing a reorder once your stock has reduced by approximately 50%.
Trade Supply orders require time for order confirmation, payment clearance, supplier processing, international delivery, customs handling, checking, repacking, and final DHL Express delivery. Ordering early helps reduce the risk of running out of stock while your next order is being processed.
Planning ahead is especially important for Trade Supply customers who rely on regular product availability. We advise customers to monitor their stock levels carefully and allow enough time for the full ordering process to be completed.
Emergency Top Ups
Due to our growing customer base and the way our stock is managed, we no longer offer small emergency top ups for Trade Supply customers who are running low on stock.
Small last minute top up requests can place pressure on our own website stock levels and may affect availability for our general retail customers. For this reason, we must prioritise planned Trade Supply orders through the standard ordering process.
Trade Supply customers are encouraged to reorder in advance and avoid waiting until stock levels are very low. This helps keep the process organised, reliable, and fair for all customers.
Trade Supply Policy
All Trade Supply customers agree to our full Terms and Conditions as part of the Trade Supply application process.
Please keep a copy of the Terms and Conditions for your records. These terms are important and apply to all Trade Supply orders placed with BioPlex Peptides.
Our Trade Supply Policy may be updated at any time. If any updates are made, a new copy will be submitted to all Trade Supply customers.
Important Login Notice
This Trade Supply Portal is for approved Trade Supply account holders only.
Passwords and access codes must not be shared with any other person, business, reseller, website, or third party. Each customer is issued their own individual login details, and all portal activity is monitored for account security.
BioPlex Peptides monitors login activity, session use, IP activity, VPN related access, and unsupported or unusual login behaviour. If unauthorised access, password sharing, or suspicious login activity is identified, the account may be suspended or permanently closed.
Each login session lasts 30 minutes before the session expires.
Passwords and access codes may be changed periodically for security purposes. By logging in, you agree that access is strictly for your approved Trade Supply account only.
